Internal Trial Period

TalentOn, the first Ethos product, has released a beta version in April with our partner. To test performance and user experience, an internal trial has been kicked off within Ethos Internal Groups: Finance, Marketing, HR, Admin and IT. Members of these departments will use TalentOn’s beta version and provide their feedback to the development team.

In the middle of May, TalentOn may broaden its trial to the entire company.

First Client

TalentOn has converted its first sales opportunity into a paid account. A leading Danish healthcare company has pledged to purchase the 360° assessment module for use in its Human Resources system. They will implement the system in May.   

Another leading Chinese trading company has also shown serious interests in TalentOn as their talent management system. The company expects to implement all modules( Performance review, 360 assessment, company miniblog) in May.
