- xCRM is a social layer built directly on the Dynamics CRM database, eliminating synchronization and data quality issues
- CRM objects as Accounts, Contacts and Opportunities can be created and edited directly in Ethos xCRM
- Microsoft Dynamics CRM licenses is required to manage CRM objects. Pricing does not include Microsoft Dynamics CRM licenses (necessary for sales team)

Ethos xCRM integrates with Microsoft Productivity Suite
- Dashboard can operate as standalone portal or be integrated with Microsoft Sharepoint Portal environment- Email can be integrated into the feed from Microsoft Exchange Server

Implementation

Support
- Technical support is included in base package
- Simple user guides are provided. Training is not necessary for people experienced with communication standards on the internet.
