August Scrum Forum Beijing in Ethos
In the fourth weekend of August, as a partner, Ethos hosted August Scrum Forum Beijing. More than 30 engineers from different technology companies joined the forum.
Ethos Presents at Microsoft Cloud Computing Salon
On August 18th, 2010, Ethos Technologies Directors Fang Hao and Ray Zhang were invited to speak at the Microsoft Cloud Computing Salon, located at Microsoft China’s headquarters. Over 20 C-level leaders from China’s SaaS industry were in attendance. Ethos Technologies was the only Microsoft Partner invited to showcase its cloud-based solutions.
TalentOn Trial Period and First Client
Internal Trial Period
TalentOn, the first Ethos product, has released a beta version in April with our partner. To test performance and user experience, an internal trial has been kicked off within Ethos Internal Groups: Finance, Marketing, HR, Admin and IT. Members of these departments will use TalentOn’s beta version and provide their feedback to the development team.
In the middle of May, TalentOn may broaden its trial to the entire company.

Ethos Technologies continues its partnership with The Phone House
Ethos Technologies continues its partnership with The Phone House sales network by developing a system that supports Corporate Sales by offering skill overviews as well as reports of completed courses. The new system will simultaneously generate direct savings and create a clear overview of current staff skills for The Phone House.

After Xu Ziyan, Ethos has a second engineer who published his article on <Programmer>. He's Lu Kaisuo!

Ethos Publishes its First Technical Article on <Programmer>
Ethos technical article <Windows Azure Introduction> (《微软云计算平台Azure概述》), written by Xu Ziyan, Ethos senior .NET engineer, is successfully published on <Programmer>. It’s the first published article of Ethos.
<Programmer> is a Chinese famous technical magazine. A lot of engineers read it constantly. Publishing articles on it means to share the knowledge we have with more people.

Ethos First Product - TalentOn
TalentOn is Ethos's first attempt to have its own product adopting the concept of Enterprise 2.0. It is a combination of a Talent Management System and a Collaboration Portal, developed on Microsoft XRM and Drupal.
