Olav Nedrelid |
Mr. Olav Nedrelid brings with him over 15 years of professional IT experience. Prior to Ethos, he co-founded and built n3sport, an online European sports software company. As CTO, Olav built and led a team of 25 developers as well as laid the foundation for the overall system architecture. Mr. Nedrelid also successfully headed a green-field expansion into the Swedish market as well as closing projects with leading sports organizations such as UEFA (European Football Association) and WADA (World Anti-Doping Agency). Mr. Nedrelid holds a Masters in Computer Science and Electrical Engineering from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU) and an MBA with Distinction from INSEAD. |

Philana Chen |
Ms. Philana Chen has over 10 years experience in IT operations, spanning India, Japan and the US. Ms. Chen worked for Sapient, a US IT consultancy, where she managed cross-Pacific projects, and also at Infosys, India's premier outsourcing company, where she helped devise their China entry strategy. Her client list includes leading major financial and investment institutions, top Japanese auto manufacturers, and retailers with 1000+ outlets. In addition, she has worked with start-ups, including a major e-tailer and a VC firm. Ms. Chen holds a Bachelors in Computer Science from Stanford University and an MBA from INSEAD. |

Fang Hao |
Mr. Fang Hao has over 10 years experience from embedded systems and other business software industries as developer, entrepreneur and executive. He has a solid technological understanding as well as extensive operational experience in China. His most recent position was as CTO of TopTrend Corp Ltd, a leading Chinese telecom technology and manufacturing company with revenues around $30m. Mr. Fang holds a Masters in Computer Science from NPU (North-Western Polytechnic University, Xi'an China). |

Jiang Zhiqiang |
Mr. Zhiqiang Jiang is responsible for building and enforcing Ethos’ software development lifecycle process as well as ensure projects are delivered to Ethos’ quality standard. Prior to Ethos, Mr. Jiang spent six years working with telecommunication and film post-processing for leading studios in Hollywood and Hong Kong. His career has spanned both Singapore and China. Mr. Jiang holds a Bachelors from Peking University and a dual Masters in Computer Engineering and Software Engineering from National University of Singapore (NUS). |

Ray Zhang |
Mr. Ray Zhang's responsibility as CTO is two-fold: knowing the latest technology trends and companies around the world and evaluating/maintaining high-quality technical talent at Ethos. Mr. Zhang is a highly respected technology evangelist in China and most recently helped deliver a keynote address at Microsoft TechEd (Beijing) on cloud computing. Prior to Ethos, he spent 5 years at Microsoft in both technical and management roles. He has also run his own start-up and been a translator for technical books. Mr. Zhang's hold several degrees in medical fields of study. |

Kjetil Bakke |
Mr. Kjetil Bakke brings over 15 years experience with Norwegian IT. He began his professional career working with the Norwegian Tax Authority. Folllowing this he worked as a consultant at NettSpesialisten. From there, he has been a CEO in various companies, having taken them through all different stages - mergers and acquisitions, turnarounds, etc. Mr. Bakke background includes an impressive 13 year stint as an officer of the Norwegian Navy. He holds a Candidatus Magisterii (a Masters equivalent in Norway) in social science and administrative studies from Unviersity of Stavanger, Norway. |

Mattias Hjorth |
Mr. Mattias Hjorth has over 10 years of experience of advanced System Design. In 2001, he founded his second company, Quarterfive, a Swedish IT consulting company. In 2008, Ethos Technologies acquired Quarterfive and Mr. Hjorth assumed the role of Country Manager for Ethos Sweden. Prior to Quarterfive, Mr. Hjorth served as a Manager at Saab Avitronics, a world class leader in Electronic Warfare Systems with products used in Military Aircrafts around the world. Mr. Hjorth’s background includes graduate work in Applied Physics and Electronics, Linköping University, Sweden. |

Markku Silén |
Mr. Markku Silén has more than 25 years of experience in consulting, technology solutions and systems integration. His strongest achievements relate to business innovations, managing profitable growth and major turnaround programs in global environment. Mr. Silén has particular industry knowledge in communications, media and high tech sectors. Mr. Silén has held a number of executive positions, including having served as CEO for Accenture Nordic and Baltic operation from 2002 - 2006. |

Kaj Green |
Mr. Kaj Green is the former CEO of EDS’ operations in the North Europe region (DK, FIN, NL, NO, and SE). Prior to that, he was CEO for Bull, first in Scandinavia and Eastern Europe and then in Central Europe (DE, AU, and CH). In addition, while at Bull, he served as the Europe VP. From 1993 to 1994, Mr. Green was CEO of Dialog (formerly known as Kommundata and today a part of TietoEnator), where he was responsible for privatising the company and leading it in a new direction - from a "public sector" organisation to a leading market oriented IT business focusing on IT services and outsourcing. From 1980 to 1992, Mr. Green held a range of positions at Capgemini, starting as head of operations in Sweden, and then becoming General Manager of operations in Finland, Denmark, Norway, Great Britain, Germany and Austria. In 1992 he was appointed CEO of Cap Debis, a joint venture between Debis/Daimler Benz and Cap Gemini Sogeti. |
