TalentOn is Ethos's first attempt to have its own product adopting the concept of Enterprise 2.0. It is a combination of a Talent Management System and a Collaboration Portal, developed on Microsoft XRM and Drupal. Ethos is also coorperating with talent management experts in product design, sales and marketing for this product.

The first release of TalentOn will be a simple demo with features such as performance review, goal management,company twitter and instant feedback. In the future, it will cover more areas, including learning and development, succession management, recruitement and company wiki. The product demo will be used by Ethos internally as well as showcased to our clients in China and Europe.

Aiming to develop a simple and user-friendly product that improves the efficiency of companies's talent management and internal communication, Ethos also has a plan to integrate this product into other software that companies use for communication, such as Sharepoint, Outlook, and confluence.
