Our Approach

Our technology services are generally delivered through project model. Project scope and roadmap is agreed upon through innovation workshops and prestudies. We recommend relatively limited scope and volume for technology service projects, as they are often focused on breaking new ground in technology or business. For larger volumes and more predictable scopes we recommend transferring to a dedicated team model.

Working in a dynamic technology environment we understand the value of lean and flexible approach. We recommend starting small in limited prototypes or Proof-of-Concept engagements, as building a deep understanding of both the technology and business dimensions is essential before implementing in full-scale. Even in the full-scale installation we maximize flexibility and modularity for future change capabilities.

Agile Delivery Process

We exist in a global environment and so to operate globally, we combine methodologies from Agile, PMI, and CMMI to create our global delivery model. Our teams align their interests with the customer's by owning the problems together and collaborating to solve them, through short, frequent and iterative delivery sprints.

Agile collaboration models rely on extremely efficient internal communication. To counter the risks posed by barriers of geography, culture and language, we combine elements from traditional plan-focused frameworks like PMI and CMMI - limited to micro-cycle scopes.

This adapted, hybrid methodology provides the following benefits:
